With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist the Southdown Property Owners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the CIT Bank's payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: SHD (Southdown POA)
Property ID: Your lot number
Per Article VI of the 5 of the Deed Restrictions and Covenants for Southdown Subdivision, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Southdown POA Architectural Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:
